Boxing for Fitness takes the skills used in boxing training to provide an incredible strength and cardio fitness regimen. Participants will learn how to properly throw punches, shadow boxing to increase flexibility and quickness, core exercises for abdominal strength, and heavy bag training to increase leg and upper body power.
